At Djanogly Northgate Academy we believe that RE is a subject that can distinctively develop our children’s understanding of what they and others believe. By learning about a variety of religions and worldviews from within our community and beyond, our children will develop a strong moral compass and an open-mindedness towards other people’s beliefs; celebrating diversity and taking an interest in other cultures and faiths.
They will study and question different religious principles and traditions to understand differences and commonalities, explore deeper meaning through the lens of sacred texts and stories and gain unique insights into religious practices and secular beliefs through enriching experiences.
