Academy Values
The values of Djanogly Northgate Academy are built around three core pillars: Discover, Nurture, and Aspire.
These values guide the behavior and learning culture of students at every stage, from EYFS through to KS2, reflecting a shared commitment across the school.
Discover emphasises curiosity, learning, and exploration. Students are encouraged to ask questions, investigate new ideas, and experiment with problem-solving to deepen their understanding.
Nurture promotes kindness, collaboration, and personal responsibility. Children support, include, and encourage one another while showing respect for their peers and environment.
Aspire fosters resilience, creativity, and ambition. Students are motivated to set and achieve personal goals, demonstrate perseverance, and take pride in their successes, both individually and as a group.
This shared ethos creates a cohesive learning environment that empowers students to grow academically, socially, and emotionally.
