MISSION STATEMENT At Djanogly Northgate Academy, we believe that if children know that they have a voice they will feel valued and empowered. This philosophy is central to our School Council.

Our School Council aims to inspire our pupils’ curiosity to learn about the process of democracy, equality and British Values, as well as their own role within society and the challenges of the 21st Century. By doing this, children will develop the confidence, talents and skills to become adaptive individuals and active citizens of our community which will prepare them for their life beyond Northgate and into adulthood.
