At Djanogly Northgate Academy, our Music curriculum aims to celebrate the diverse range of music enjoyed by the community we serve, whilst providing opportunities to broaden pupils’ perceptions and experiences of music.
We recognise that having a life-long love of music is important but that instilling musical curiosity will prepare children for future success and enrich their lives. This is done through understanding the building blocks of music, creative composition and performances that promote self-esteem and confidence. |
