Outcome of the consultation on proposed changes to admissions at Djanogly Northgate Academy

The Djanogly Learning Trust has recently undertaken a consultation which ended on 9 April 2018 to consider a proposal to vary the admission arrangements for Djanogly Northgate Academy from 1 September 2018 and for future years. We would like to thank everyone who has taken the trouble to respond to the consultation.

The Trustees have considered the responses to the consultation which consisted of 4 responses, 3 of which support the proposal and 1 stated ‘no comment’.

The Trustees have agreed to vary the admission arrangements for Djanogly Northgate Academy, upon approval of the Regional Schools commissioner to separate Djanogly Northgate Sherwood Academy (to be known as Djanogly Sherwood Academy) from Djanogly Northgate Academy with effect from 1 September 2018, by reducing the pupil admission number (PAN) from 120 in each year group to 60 in each year group at Djanogly Northgate Academy.
